I am excited to share our story as an architectural design company, nestled in the beautiful Gastown area of Vancouver. Among the numerous architecture firms in British Columbia, what distinguishes us? What unique value do we bring to our clients? How do we earn their trust, especially when they make life-changing decisions?
My journey into architecture began in my youth. Growing up, my father ran a construction company, and I was naturally drawn to his work, often accompanying him to construction sites. However, as a young adult uncertain about my professional path, a visit to an exhibition of Frank Gehry, the renowned architect, at the Guggenheim Museum in New York City, was transformative. His buildings filled me with excitement and awe, and that very night, I decided to pursue architecture.
This passion for buildings was so intense that I often lingered in my studio, surrounded by my physical models, reluctant to leave. This enthusiasm led me to excel as a top student in my college's design studio and propelled me to further my studies at Columbia University for graduate school.
Becoming a knowledgeable and seasoned architect was a journey that spanned approximately 15 years, during which I gained experience in small, medium, and large firms. Even after establishing my own practice in British Columbia, my learning journey continued. Now, with over five years since founding my company, I confidently design buildings under my own name.
Our relocation to downtown Vancouver was a strategic move to connect with a broader client base. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a profession that I deeply love. From morning to night, my thoughts are consistently centered on improving my work, which has become my life. I am sincerely thrilled by each project, transforming visions into real, practical, and profitable spaces.
So, what sets us apart from other architectural firms? We are a boutique firm driven by a profound passion for what we do. Efficiency and speed are our hallmarks, understanding that time is money in the construction field. We are committed to always being responsive, completing projects regardless of unforeseen challenges or client particularities. Our motto is to finish our projects with the best results possible, a commitment that has resulted in a high rate of returning clients.
